Moto Auto Group AG ("Moto Auto") is a Swiss company publicly traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the trade symbol: MAE.
The corporate goal of Moto Auto is the export of Chinese motor vehicles into growing markets.
Moto Auto has secured the global distribution rights for six Chinese manufacturers which are already well established in their home markets. This secures a broad lineup of 16 vehicle types, ranging from compact cars to buses. For the purposes of the worldwide distribution of their vehicles they have created the brand name "Moto". The vehicles will be offered in different regional markets, starting in Latin America and Africa, up to the Middle East. Joint distribution channels will be developed to offer clients a full range of services like repair shop spare parts and financing. This will be in conjunction with close cooperation between Moto Auto Group and the respective local partnerships.

With its corporate headquarters in Switzerland and regional offices in Mexico, Morocco and South Africa, Moto is well positioned to commence the launch of its dealership networks across Africa and South America with potential partnerships in Europe under discussion.
